DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS :

Tri-Town Motorsport is a family owned and operated business created in 1987. We are official agents for the the Polaris, Timbersled, Honda and Princecraft brands.

Customer service is our main priority. We are looking for a responsible, jovial and interactive personality to join our dynamic team.

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES :

As part of his duties, the Mechanic must :

• Check parts and components of recreational vehicles and boat systems, including chassis, bodywork,powertrain, fuel system, brakes, steering, electrical and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive inspections;
• Evaluate the wear of parts and carry out repairs in order to prenvent breakage (brakes, seals of differential transmission and wheels, clutches, axles, suspensions, etc.)
• Perform various repairs on the systems.
• Assemble and prepare new vehicles (PDI)

REQUIRED PROFILE :

Qualifications

• Experience in recreational vehicle mechanics. Experience with nautical vehicles would be an asset.

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of recreational vehicles; including ATV’s, side by sides, motocross, snowmobiles, small engines, boats and motors.
• Strong skills in mechanical diagnosis of different types of problems related to recreational vehicles.

Relational and behavioral skills

• Abillity to meet daily deadlines and prescribed deadlines;
• Excellent sense of organization and time management;
• Motivated and meticulous person who stands out for the quality of his work;
• Ease of learning;
• Good ability for teamwork;
• Ponctual.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Permanent / Full time;
• Work schedule : 5/2 (some Saturdays AM);
• Salary : to be determined, according to experience;
